Jeannie Dahnk and William Glover formed Glover & Dahnk January 1, 1995. The law firm represents parties in litigation, arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings throughout central and northern Virginia.
The firm’s practice includes defense of personal injury, workers’ compensation, construction and E&O claims. The firm also defends professional liability claims against attorneys and non-physician professionals, including dentists. The firm defends employment discrimination and harassment claims as well as assisted living in nursing home claims. The firm also represents businesses and persons as plaintiffs in litigation.
The regular geographic territory of the practice includes Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria and Prince William to the north and the City of Richmond to the south. The firm represents clients in Albemarle and the City of Charlottesville on the west and down the Northern Neck in the east. The firm practices in all Virginia courts, including the Virginia Supreme Court as well as the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Alexandria and Richmond and the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia in Charlottesville.
Both lawyers are rated BV in Martindale Hubbell. We regularly represent clients for Cincinnati Insurance Company and on an occasional basis for other carriers. We are approved counsel for ALPS.
